Variations in Biochemical Parameters in Diabetic and Non-Diabetic Patients of Septicemia

Septicemia is an infection caused by poisoning of blood bacteria and a prevalent disease in Pakistan. However, there limited understanding the pathogenesis abnormal blood, liver renal chemistry tests septicemia. Objective: To determine variations respective LFTs RFTs CBCs diabetic non-diabetic patients Methods: A descriptive, observational, cross-sectional research was directed, involving 101 participants diagnosed with Study setting Mayo Hospital Lahore. specially designed Performa used to record data, including function tests, complete count for each patient. The data were analyzed using latest version SPSS. Results: In this study 45/101 septicemia had diabetes. also same both except Albumin which low but normal patients. CBC equally deranged all Conclusions: This provides important understandings into findings suggest that while are similar between two groups, difference albumin levels, highlighting need further investigation role diabetes
